Fifteen members of national and provincial assemblies from Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) are likely to join Pakistan Peoples Party.
Paknews has learnt that the after the inclusion of its nine MPAs from Punjab assembly in PML-N, the PPP leadership has made the new strategy to activate the party in the province.
The task of party activation in Punjab has been shouldered to party’s senior voice chairman Yousaf Raza Gilani. Jahngir Badar and Manzoor Watoo will coordinate with him.
According to sources, the party leadership has decided to hold mass rallies in all regions of the province as part of their electoral campaign.
It is also learnt that PPP will stage a mass rally on Minar-e-Pakistan in the second week of March wherein party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and other prominent party leaders will address.
