15 Fun Facts About Baby J

By Craftycrunchymama
15 Fun Facts About Baby JBaby J has just turned eight months old and amazes me every day. It seems in the last week he has learned so many new things. The things he comes up with makes me realize he is watching our every move and will be catching on and imitating our behaviors, good or bad. I read this post by The Feminist Breeder today, I knew I had to participate. She stated 15 fun facts about her three adorable children and asked others to do the same. Here are my fifteen fun facts about the love of my life!
1.) When baby J was born, one of the nurses said he could possibly be the longest newborn she had ever seen.
2.) He holds everything up to his ear and pretends it is a telephone. Today he was talking into a puff snack.
3.) This week he learned how to put his hands together and do things like clap and sign "more".
4.) He will eat prunes for Daddy J but not me.
5.) He won't eat any green food.
6.) Sesame Street could possibly be the best thing ever. He loves the singing parts!
7.) His favorite sleeping position is curled up right next to me, my knees underneath his legs. If the legs aren't elevated, he is not sleeping.
8,) He makes this gasping noise every time he sees another baby's picture. It is a huge inhale with a smile!
9.) His top two teeth have broken through. Not a fun week.
10.) "Mama" was his first word and then he stopped saying it altogether and went with "Dada" and "hi".
11.) He can army crawl and is rocking on his hands and knees. It's only a matter of time!
12.)The song "Jesus Loves Me" relaxes him and helps him to fall asleep.
13.) He shows me he wants to eat by pulling on my shirt and nuzzling.
14.) He thinks crib bumpers are to eat.
15.) He can find the tag on ANYTHING. If you give him a toy, he will immediately find the the tag and suck on it.
My boy is growing up! Do you have some fun facts about your children? Participate and let me know if you do. I would love to see your fun facts!
