14 Day health kick | Update #2    Hey lovelies!
So its my final update from the 14 day health challenge & I'm so happy!
What a nightmare these past 2 weeks have been..
14 Days Of: 1.No Coffee or regular tea 2.More Green Tea 3.Daily exercise 4.No alcohol 5.No Sugar 6.More fruit & Veggies 7.More Water 8.Regular Sleep 9.No food after 7 10. No juice or pop
There were a few that I found came quite naturally, drinking more water, no food after 7 and no alcohol were pretty easy to stick to. I don't really drink pop either so that wasn't even really a challenge..
The no caffeine rule though, was horrendous, I'm an absolute nightmare to be around when I'm tried and 'tea'-total. I think I described myself in the last update post as ready to attack business men with Costa cups in the street! - & that's honestly how I felt, 2 days it took me to cave..
Daily exercise was impossible with the snow, I was cold, felt like sh*t, and the thought of dancing around my flat to a work out video was too embarrassing to even think about! - Myself & flat mate Rach are planning on starting classes at the Uni though, so a fitness plan is on its way! Yoga & Zumba are the first classes we want to try.
I don't think I'll be in a hurry to do another one of these challenges.
I'm a little bit squishy round the edges & an exercise-phobe but I'm happy & I'm not unhealthy.. Unlike a lot of student I know, I cook fresh food everyday & always eat my veggies! So for now I think the curvy me can stay.
& the green tea is going straight in the bin!

The Creature loves me just the way I am..
But that's not to say I won't try and fail any more blogger fitness tags *wink wink*
