I have over 20 years of experience in Taxation and Legal field. I have deep knowledge in Value Added Tax (VAT) and has been a Tax Consultant since 1998 in New Delhi, India. Having closely worked with many senior lawyers and attorneys, I have gained tremendous knowledge in taxation law and developed good drafting skills. My key achievements and strengths would be effective and result-oriented management and coordination of VAT Compliance of my clients with Government Department, identify and act on opportunities to optimise the recovery of input VAT, etc. Having closely worked with enforcement and audit wing of the VAT department, I have learned tremendous experience in the complexities and intricacies of the VAT cases. In India, I have a privilege of dealing with different kind of companies having different rates of tax on different commodities, many exemptions granted to different organisations, special concessional rate of tax to inter state transactions with declaration forms, etc.
