I am pretty excited about this post showing the best and easiest side hustles for women.
I’m a dad (and husband), and therefore not a woman, but I fully understand how important it is for women to have a side job or a ‘side hustle’. Not only in terms of feeling useful and fulfilled, making money on the side means more money for the household. Every woman wants that.
Take my wife, for example. She’s very entrepreneurial and likes to try out new things. So, more or less, she has done a lot of the things on this list, and that’s why we’ve decided to put this list together, hoping it’s going to help you get your own “side hustles”.
1. Freelancing
Freelancing websites are on the rise, attracting hundreds of users every day. Why don’t you join that frenzy and offer your valuable skills to the world?
From ghostwriting, IT, design and architecture to finance and sales, you’ll find jobs for every taste. Just pick the field you feel you’re the best at. And start freelancing! Get sites to start will be Upwork.com and Freelancer.com.
2. Selling
Another easy side hustle is selling stuff from home. You don’t have to wait for the next garage sale, though. A bunch of second-hand shops near you is surely eager to get a hold of the things you don’t need and give you money for them.
Also, you can try websites like:
- eBay
- Amazon
- Etsy
- Teespring
- Fiverr
If you’re a creative person and you have lots of crafts and DIYs lying around your house, it’s about time you cashed in.
3. Affiliate Marketing
You’ll earn a commission every time you refer a person to buy something from a certain website. It’s a nice way to make money online. Especially because you do nothing except being a middleman between a company and its potential customers.
The only goal you should focus on here is convincing as many people as possible to buy the company’s products or services. Maybe this is the main reason women are always more successful at this (at least this is what my wife says).

I will be putting together my own guide very coon too
4. Caregiving
When you’re thinking of side hustles for women, caregiving is inevitable. Those with more free time, usually take side jobs that involve caring for children or elderly people.
You’ll simply go to their house and stay with them. Don’t worry, as in most cases, you’ll be paid to walk the children to school or cook for the elders.
5. Cooking
Do you have any recipes your family and friends adore? Then share them and be rewarded.
Cooking is a great side hustle for women. If you’re naturally skilled in the kitchen, this will be a real treat. You can offer your specialties to some event in town, to your neighbors and even sell your recipes online. In any case, you’ll be mixing business and pleasure.

6. Dog Walking
This is definitely one of the easiest side hustles. Many people would do anything to be in the company of dogs the whole day. Guess what? This is a side hustle idea you can turn into reality. As much as it sounds strange, dog owners don’t always have the time to walk their dogs.
So, if you’re comfortable with carrying five dogs at a time and walking a mile a day, they’ll pay you for it. Besides, your companions will be so cute and adorable.
You can find dog walking jobs by advertising on Craigslist, your local newspaper or by dropping flyers in your neighbourhood.
7. Party Planner
Organizing a party is a passion, so if you have an eye for such things, hop on. This is an easy hustle when you love what you’re working. And with so many events happening around you every day, it should be no great difficulty to find one you can plan.
People celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers and even weddings always need someone to help them out with executing everything. Honestly, with all issues around the cakes, flowers, guests seats and who-knows-what-else, it’s no wonder that they’ll pay you a lot of money for your service. So, next time you visit your know-it-all neighbor, ask around who’s throwing a party.
8. Coaching, Teaching, And Tutoring
Basically, everyone, who needs a hand with their assignments or just wants to learn something new, represents a good side hustle. Dust off your old books and get ready to give your knowledge to the world. Advise in the field you’re an expert in – it can be family, love, dating, finance, sports, you name it. It’s a very noble job that will get you a few more pennies in the wallet.
What is more, you can start a YouTube channel as well. If you get a lot of views on your tutorial videos, they’ll make you rich.
Advertising by putting up posted in schools and universities is also really easy and effective. You can make as much as $20-$50 an hour for tutoring.
9. Blogging
Looking for more ways to make money online? Then blogging is the real deal. Start your very own blog and spill your thoughts in your posts. I know it takes a lot of time and effort, but it’s truly worth it once you have a satisfying number of visitors and start earning from advertisements.
All you have to do is determine a niche you want to write in and start typing. Try to appeal more to your target readers and make sure your content is edited, proofread and error-free.
But, if you don’t have the time to dedicate yourself to the blog, you can always search for busy bloggers and write for them instead.

10. Virtual Assistant
Working as an online secretary is one of the best side hustles for women. That’s mostly because you get to stay at home, do your chores and make money online. You can even do it after your regular job!
Clients look for virtual assistants all the time. They don’t have time for all the administrative work, so they usually pay a satisfying sum to those willing to help them. If this is a good side hustle for you, then you can start your own virtual assistant company or join an existing one like eaHELP.
A great place to get started is on Upwork.com – you can set up your profile and start getting offers for the VA positions.
11. User Testing
Yes. There are actually companies that’ll pay you $10 for every 20 minutes you spend testing their app or website. You can access them at User Testing.
The good thing here is that you’ll make money online by doing what you do every day. Surf the web or try apps and give your honest feedback. Cool, right?
