Just had to give a shout-out to Houston’s own Cy Ranch High School for organizing and creating such an effective and fun anti-bullying video!
Way to go and get all of your students involved and use YouTube as your platform to reach millions, Mustangs!
This follows hot on the heels of last year’s original and touching mass lip-dub video by Magnolia High School‘s students to Katy Perry’s “Firework,” which was also quite touching and made big news in Texas:
Call me a little soft, but these student videos both actually make me tear up — but then again, caring teenagers especially get to me. And kids like this who are also this positive and proactive on a mass level make me swell with pride. I’m sure that the environments at these high schools are indeed accepting and compassionate communities.
Everyone belongs and deserves respect. Thanks for reminding us all, Cy Ranch and Magnolia. You’re all fireworks!
