Where on the Low-Carb Journey Are You?

As you can see, five in ten members are already living the low-carb lifestyle, while many others are still transitioning to it, or experimenting.

Unfortunately, for many reasons it can still be hard to eat low carb long term. We want to make it simple. Here are three things we are working on right now to make the low-carb lifestyle simpler:

1. Meal plans and shopping lists by January 2017

We recently decided to add a new product to the membership by January 2017: Regular new meal plans with shopping lists.

We aim to create a number of meal plans that are tailored to different needs such as keto, intermittent fasting, vegetarian, dairy free etc. Each meal plan will consist of simple and delicious low-carb recipes with a ready-to-go shopping list.

What would you like from such a meal-plan and shopping-list product? Please tell us in the comments below.

2. Audio versions of all membership videos

In one or two weeks we will add audio versions (soundtrack only) of all membership videos. First, we will add the audio version just below each video. Later, we hope to add a Diet Doctor podcast that contains audio versions of all membership videos. This will make it easier to listen to content - for example while driving a car - without consuming excessive amounts of mobile data or bandwidth.

What else would you like to see in these audio versions? Please tell us in the comments below.

3. Better low-carb, keto and intermittent-fasting guides

Over the next few months, Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt will be working hard to improve the low-carb and keto guides together with Amanda Åkesson and Jenni Calihan, while Dr. Jason Fung will be making the intermittent-fasting guide better and better.

What improvements would you like to see in these guides? Please tell us in the comments below.
