Dynamic Leg Lift (a dynamic version of Urdhva Prasarita Padasana) is a great way to strengthen your legs, core, and lower back, while mobilizing and stretching your shoulders. Those with lower back issues or tight hamstrings can try bending your lifting leg a bit.
