Starting today, Professor Tim Noakes will again stand trial for a Twitter conversation (!) in 2014 where he recommended that babies should be weaned onto an LCHF diet.
The trial has been labeled "the nutrition trial of the century" as it, at its core, is a battle between conventional dietary advice and using low-carb advice to help revolutionize people's health:
