The epidemic of childhood obesity continues to worsen in the US. Despite earlier signs of possible small improvements in certain age groups, a new study paints a bleak picture. It seems that the childhood obesity epidemic has kept getting worse, despite initiatives like the "Let's Move" campaign.
Perhaps it's time to realize that we need to change our advice. A low-fat diet has repeatedly been shown to be the worst option for weight control, and you can't outrun a bad diet.
