My Day In Ingredients

Instead of counting calories or keeping my carb/protein/fat ratios I decided to simply keep track of what I ate today from an ingredients perspective. More than just the basic food, but what made up the food, all the way down to the tiny stuff most of us don’t even realize we’re eating. It was a fascinating exercise that helped me realize a couple things. I’ll start big picture and give the basic day in numbers but the meal breakdowns with all my ingredients is what I was interested in.
