For more on how to add intermittent fasting to your routine, visit our beginner's guide to intermittent fasting.

Here's the top 10 trending searches:

  1. Intermittent fasting diet
  2. Dr. Sebi diet
  3. Noom diet
  4. 1,200 calorie diet
  5. Golo diet
  6. Dubrow diet

Several diets that focus on reduced carbs are on the list, including the aptly named "No sugar, no carbs" diet, the endomorph diet, and the J. Lo diet (publicized by power couple Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez).
