Eggs Boost Baby Growth, Study Finds

If you want to improve your baby's nutrition and reduce the risk of stunting, then you might want to feed them eggs. A new randomized controlled trial finds that adding the nutrient-dense food from the age of six months can have a positive impact on growth.

While the nutritional benefits of eggs is widely known, this effect on a child's growth was much greater than expected, said Associate Professor Lora Lannotti, lead author of the study.
