By Boozedancing @boozedancing

Craft Beer drinkers are well versed in the ever-evolving styles of the IPA...

English IPA,
West Coast IPA,
Rye IPA,
Black IPA,
Belgian IPA,
Fruited IPA,
Session IPA,
New England IPA,
Imperial IPA,
And so on, and so on...

It's truly amazing what you can do with water, yeast, barley, and hops!

The ever Off-Centered Folks at Milton, Delaware's Dogfish Head Brewery have added a new wrinkle to the many permutations of the ever-popular and ever-evolving IPA: OAT MILK!

Yes. You read that right. OAT MILK! The beer they brewed is called Hazy-O Hazy IPA.

Here's what the fine folks at Dogfish Head have to say about it:

Folks from coast to coast are in for an "ooooh-so" tasty treat! Dogfish Head Craft Brewery's NEW hazy IPA, Hazy-O!, is NOW available on shelves and taps nationwide. An ooooh-so-juicy hazy IPA, Hazy-O! is brewed with four types of oats - malted oats, rolled oats, naked oats and oat milk - for a hop-forward beer that is smooth and refreshing. Hazy-O! begins with (literally) truckloads of oats and wheat to create a sumptuous, full-bodied base. Then, it is liberally dry-hopped with hop varieties that deliver an abundance of tropical notes, including citrus, mango and pineapple. Available in 6pk/12oz cans, beer lovers can track down a case of Hazy-O! using Dogfish Head's Fish Finder.

We're no strangers to Dogfish Head's brewing lunacy, and most of the time, they create some very special and very unique beers. To find out how they did with their Hazy-O Hazy IPA, click the play button on the following video:
