Made fresh and creamy on the spot with liquid nitrogen ☁️ Perfect balance of sweet and salty, with crackles of pretzel and salt crystals mixed in. ⠀

It was cool how it had some Asian flare since they used a bubble waffle instead of a cone. Spoons are necessary tools to scoop the ice cream and top with a bubble; not so much a lick-lick ice cream 🍦
