A very merry Monday to you! Just kidding because Mondays suck, but there are some fantastic new records being released this week. 90′s alt-rock auteurs, Yuck, are following up to their 2011 debut sans their original lead singer, but they sound just as Yuck as ever — if you liked their debut, you’ll love Glow & Behold. Back with their first record since 2006, Brooklyn art-pop band, The Blow, are returning with a new self-produced album they describe as “an odyssey of experimentation”.

Tape Deck Mountain are releasing their follow up to 2009′s Ghost, all fuzzy and fantastic — “brooding, shoegaze nirvana”. Um, yes. Vancouver’s Teen Daze returns with his third ambient pop full-length, and Canadian electro-pop outfit, Phedre, drop their sophomore, cleverly textured effort. And finally, NYC garage rockers, Raccoon Fighter, are here with their feedback-imbibed blues rock debut album.

THE BLOW – THE BLOW

TAPE DECK MOUNTAIN – SWAY

YUCK – GLOW & BEHOLD

TEEN DAZE – GLACIER

PHEDRE – GOLDEN AGE

RACCOON FIGHTER – ZIL
