You Get To Me, River Town Saints at Boots & Hearts 2018

The River Town Saints' star keeps getting brighter, and at Boots & Hearts 2018 the boys took two chances to show country music fans just how bright they are.

On both the Front Porch Stage and in the VIP barn with SiriusXM, River Town Saints shared their songs and energy with the Friday afternoon B&H fans. And, as always, the fans were there for it.

Since we first saw these dudes up on stage a few years ago, they've shown us time and again that they know how to work the crowd and connect with the audience. Whether it's Labelle leaning out into the crowd to high five a little kid on their dad's shoulders, or Dan stepping up to the microphone to rap, they make it happen. At Boots & Hearts 2018, they did all of that and more.

On the Front Porch Stage, the Ottawa-based quintet the crowd was ready from the jump. So when they played favourites like You Get To Me, Bonfire, and A Little Bit Goes A Long Way it was no surprise that they sang and danced along with the band.

Note: The crowd did sing and dance, but we didn't see anyone dance as hard as Chris Labelle on stage. Dude slipped his boots off and went all in, dancing around in his sock feet. It was great.

Over the years we've enjoyed the hell out of the covers and medleys that River Town Saints have played on stage. And at Boots & Hearts, they nailed it with a combo of It's A Great Day To Be Alive / Dirt On My Boots / Shape Of You / In Da Club / Ignition (Remix) / Here I Go Again / Hit Me With Your Best Shot. It was a really fun addition to the set of radio hits and fan favourites that the band put together.

Every time we've seen them step on stage, River Town Saints have won over new fans. We'd be willing to bet that they did it again at Boots & Hearts 2018.
