EA has some good news for you regarding EA Access: no double subscription on Xbox One unless you want to play people online.
“Any Xbox One gamer can join EA Access and take advantage of the benefits of membership,” said a company representative to Joystiq. “In order to connect to multiplayer gameplay on the Xbox One platform you will need a subscription to Xbox Gold.”
The service in the US runs $4.99 a month and EA has confirmed a £3.99 monthly price for the UK.
An annual membership in US will run you $29.99, but a yearly option in the UK has yet to be announced, per MCV.
