Yoke Lore Delivers Another New Track from His Far Shore EP [Stream]

Beginning with slightly distorted, syncopated strums, Yoke Lore’s “Hold Me Down” quickly shifts towards the same polished pop production we saw on his debut track “Heavy Love”. As tom and rim percussive hits create a driving backbone for the track, Adrian Galvin’s vocals deliver an unbelievably catchy melody and subtle electronics provide a sense of weight and significance. The resulting track offers the sort of understated triumphant, exultant tone that makes the mundane feel extraordinary.
