  • Close your eyes.
  • Let the chin drop down to the chest.
  • Start with the circular motion of your neck slowly by moving the right ear to the right shoulder, taking your head backward, and thereafter bringing the left ear to the left shoulder.
  • Keep shoulders loose and relax.
  • Rotate neck 3-5 times, switching directions thereafter.

Cow Stretch:

  • Keep your feet on the floor.
  • Bring both hands on your knees.
  • Whilst inhaling, stretch back in a backward position and look towards the ceiling.
  • During the time of exhaling, stretch your back forward, dropping your head forward.
  • Repeat this exercise for 3-5 breaths.

Seated Forward Bend:

  • Push the chair away from the desk.
  • Remaining seated, keep your feet flat on the floor.
  • Take arms behind your lower back, keep your back straight, and interlace fingers behind your back.
  • Bending in a forward position from the waist, bring interlaced hands over back.
  • Rest your chest on your thighs and relax your neck.

Eagle Arms:

  • Stretch arms straight in front of the body parallel to the floor, with palms facing the ceiling.
  • Cross your right arm over the left (bend your arm slightly at the elbow, if required). Then bring both palms together.
  • Lift both elbows, with shoulders sliding your back.
  • Repeat this exercise with the left arm over the right.

Seated Spinal Twist:

  • Sit sideways in the chair.
  • Place feet flat on the floor.
  • Holding the back of the chair with both hands, twist the waist to the right towards the back of the chair.
  • Turn to another side, and repeat this exercise for few more times.

Temple Rub:

  • Keep elbows on the desk, placing your hands on your temples.
  • With small circular motions, gently rub temples clockwise first and then anti-clockwise.
  • Do this for 10-15 long deep breaths.
