I got a couple of Yankee candles for Christmas, and now I'm burning them all the time.
I got the sparkling lemon and the Fruit salad candles, and they are both gorgeous. I really love the fruity scents and they burn forever (the medium tumblers burn from 40-50 hours!) Check out the burning times here!
One thing that I would say about the Yankee candle, for those of you who haven't used them, is that the way that they smell in the jar is not necessarily the way that they smell when they're being burnt. This is by no means a bad attribute, in fact, when I've been in a store smelling these, the overpowering scent of the candles have sometimes put me off buying them. I can, from my experience, say that the scents are much more subtle when they are being burnt, and with this in mind I am much more prepared to try more of the range, that I would have probable not tried before.
I took the last few pictures playing about with my camera! Wish I could find the time to learn more about my camera, I might buy a book, any suggestions??
