XPA – Kettle River Brewing Co

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Kettle River Brewing in Kelowna comes their "XPA" an Experimental Pale Ale. This beer was bottled on November 10, 2016 from lot 119. The beer pours a cloudy copper colour with a tan head. The aroma consists of citrus, tropical fruits, citrus basically tons of fruit with some malts in the background. The flavour is of melon, tropical fruit, citrus, caramel, malts, resin and some bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 6.7%. I quite enjoyed this beer and that probably comes with the fact that I really enjoy fruit forward hops! Thanks to Chelsea of BrewtifulBC for this beer.
