Wow, It’s Been a Full Month and the Results Are In!

Can you believe that I am writing to you at this moment and I am about 7 pounds lighter, but that’s not the best part. The best part is that I feel absolutely amazing. Seriously, who would have thought! I haven’t experienced bloating, I haven’t experienced being uncomfortable, I haven’t experienced anything negative. Besides when I cheat, but let’s pretend you didn’t hear that 😂 Following this new diet plan for the past month has been the best thing I have ever done for myself in such a short period of time. 

When I am not cheating, I am living and this diet is one I never knew I needed! I’ve been following the recipes, the calendar dates, the phases, and it just keeps getting better. The great thing about this entire program is that it’s in a book. So, no having to remember which video or article you were reading for reference, when you can just turn the pages and right there you have it. 

So in regards to my final thoughts, I highly recommend this program. I recommend it to men, women, and to those who have an open mind into trying something new. Even if you just want some delicious recipes, that’ll work too! There are over 70 recipes you can have fun with for you and your household, or maybe get a friend to try it!
