WOW Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo Review

Hi guys.

I was using Tresemme 2 in 1 Shampoo and conditioner when this one was bought. I have used Tresemme one before also and I must admit that I was pretty happy about how it was performing. But of course, all good things come to an end and thus this shampoo also finished. And thanks to my experimental nature, I decided to try something new. By now WOW as a brand was creating lots of noise. And thus I decided to try their shampoo. I already had some good reviews of the shampoo and so I thought of trying it.

Price – Rs. 499 for 300 ml.

My Views

WOW Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo comes in bulky and not so travel-friendly packaging. The shampoo is in a big bottle which is brown in shape. The bottle is semi-transparent and thus you would be able to see the contents of the bottle inside. The packaging details are mentioned on the bottle itself.

The opening of the bottle has a pump dispenser which is very convenient to use as it controls the amount of product that is dispensed.

Wet your hair and take the appropriate amount of shampoo on your palm. Take some water on your palm and dilute the shampoo thoroughly. This is a thick shampoo so you need to dilute it thoroughly. And finally, apply the shampoo on your scalp.

Rub thoroughly and gently so that the foam is formed on your hair. If you feel that the foam is not forming then you can take up some more amount of shampoo and then rub it again.

My Review on WOW Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo

WOW Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo is a thick shampoo. If you are applying the shampoo after overnight oil treatment then make sure that you take a good amount of shampoo and then rub it vigorously on your hair. This is how you are going to wash off the oil.

The texture of the shampoo is similar to a gel but it does not cause any tingling sensation on your scalp. The shampoo is dull brown in color, gives you a feeling that maybe it is made up of ayurvedic ingredients but there is nothing that the brand claims on the same. Make sure that you take the right amount of shampoo else the oil might not get washed away from your scalp.

How’s the fragrance?

Well, the shampoo does not have any bothersome fragrance. The smell is nothing strong and people, in general, would not find it quite heavy. You cannot detect from the smell that whether it is natural or 100% artificial.

What does it do?

WOW Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo is a perfect shampoo for damaged and dry hair types. The shampoo which does not lather easily is said to be free of chemicals and thus such shampoos only should be used.

Plus, for my extremely dry hair, this shampoo is perfect. It helps to keep my hair in place and I have noticed that with this shampoo my hair has much more behaved and the flyways are also much less. And surprisingly dandruff has also reduced.

Who can use this WOW Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo?

This shampoo is a perfect choice for people who are suffering from dry hair woes. To control your dry hair and take care of that damage, this shampoo is perfect. Also, the shampoo is quite good when it comes to restoring the shine and bounce in your hair.

Overall, I found the shampoo perfect for my hair and I am totally in love with this shampoo. I would love to repurchase this one also in the future.
