Little Meysi is so small that she has been fed by hand and not with her siblings. According to the Examiner, Guinness World Records told Meysi's owner the “prospective candidates for smallest dog in the world must be at least 12 months old," which leaves Meysi with a grace period before she can go after the title of World's Smallest Dog.
