Words kill, words give life!
Many times in our life we have more to do then we really want to have. It might be work, children activities or any other task that drains our energy. I know for a fact when I am in that place I become “not-so mister nice guy”. My energy to give might be at a very low level and perhaps Lindas energy is at the same level. And so often we ended you with stupid augments, it is very strange that we all have a hard time to be nice when we are tired or stressed. But both you and I know that these moment doesn’t bring happiness into your home or family, and there is only one who is very satisfied with that – Satan him self. He doesn’t want you to have a happy fruitful marriage and family life, he has come to steal, kill and destroy (john 10:10) But we actually have a very, very good weapon to use, our mouth. How you might wonder?, well if you read proverbs 18:21 “The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences” (NLT). When we feel tired and wormed out, if we only think about what comes out of our mouth we can change every situation. We have seen the big difference in our family when we succeed in giving words of life in those situations, I don’t say it easy, but I know the fruit of it.
Perhaps you have to decide before you open the door to your home, make a decision to sow life into your marriage and life, even if you are totally exhausted, and are on the edge, make a decision, say loving, caring words of life into your marriage and family.
