Wolfenstein: The New Order has been given a release date by Bethesda, along with the news that all pre-orders of the title will be granted beta access to the next DOOM title from id Software.
The first-person action-adventure shooter, will be available in North America on May 20, 2014 and throughout Europe on May 23, 2014.
The DOOM beta comes with each pre-ordered copy of Wolfenstein. Bethesda did not provide additional information on the DOOM title, so it’s unknown at present whether it is the long-awaited DOOM 4 or a different entry in the series.
Wolfenstein is slated for release on PC, PlayStation 3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in North America on May 20 and throughout Europe on May 23.
