Scott Walker, the nogoodnik governor of Wisconsin, who bows to the the wishes of the Koch Brothers, and whose economic policies (cutting taxes on the rich) have created a huge deficit in the state's budget which Walker intends to fix by reducing or eliminating pensions and other benefits as well as slicing funds for education (the University of Wisconsin will take a $300 million hit)...
...this Walker wants to be prezident of the U.S. of A. He figures he's qualified and has real foreign policy bona fides because he stood up to and took on the men and women who protested his attempt to bust the unions in Wisconsin (this backward state just passed a "right-to-work" law which will probably do the job).
He's a tough guy, this Walker. He's proven that because as he said, the union protestors were just like ISIS and if he can take on the unions, well he can handle just about any international crisis!
