A four-song, Sugar Beach Session at 102.1 The Edge with Canadian indie-rock band Wintersleep was the perfect end to the day. It was dark outside, and the wind had picked up, but in the studio, it was warm and inviting.
The Halifax band turned up, did a quick interview with Kolter Bouchard on Facebook Live and then played for excited fans, who'd waited patiently.

Wintersleep played songs from their new album, In the Land Of, including their latest single, Beneficiary which was released on January 11th. We can expect the full album on March 29, 2019 via Dine Alone Records. And because the band knows that we love to hear our favourites, they threw in a classic at the end of the set, Amerika.
The band hits the road on March 20th in Waterloo, with stops in London, Hamilton, Ottawa, Toronto's Danforth Music Hall on April 13th, with more dates in the East and West. Check out tour dates here.
