Willow Smith: Love It Or Leave It?

Willow Smith, the daughter of Will and Jada Smith who recently shaved her head and dyed her hair green was spotted wearing this outfit while shopping in New York recently. Around the web people are saying that this style is really nice and they would wear it, others are outraged that she would wear something like this.
When my mom saw her she started to complain, she said she thought Will and Jada would have been more responsible parents than that. When I asked my sister what she thought she said that she likes the outfit but not the shoes and she would excuse her hair because she's a celebrity.
I like the outfit, however I don't like it on her. If she had worn a pair of sneakers or something more age appropriate then it would have been great but when it's paired with 6-inch Yohji Yamamoto wedge platforms that cost $690 there's a problem. I'm not trying to sound like a stick in the mud or anything, I just think that at 11 years years old you should dress like 11 and not older. I also don't like her green hair because again I think it's not age appropriate. I'm all for little girls dressing up and putting on makeup, getting manicures and doing all that girly stuff  but I also know that there's a time and place for everything.
I just think that 11 years old is way too young to be doing things so drastic like shaving her head and dyeing it green.
