Ever since the first unveiling of the Xbox One at E3 2013, Microsoft received a lot of negative feedback from gamers around world. This resulted in Microsoft reversing almost all the new and revolutionary changes they did to the next generation gaming console, including the strict used games policy, 24-hour internet connection requirement and regional restrictions.

While Microsoft was taking a beating from gamers and changing their consoles back to the same old boring features, Sony took the wraps-off of their next-gen console, PlayStation 4 which received a great positive reaction from all the users, specially because it had better specifications and for the fact that it costs only $399 dollars. Both consoles are actually so amazing, that it even made us completely forget about Nintendo’s next-gen console, Wii U which made its’ debut earlier this year.

Even though these two gaming systems have so many amazing features, most of the gamers have already chosen a winner in the next-gen consoles battle – PlayStation 4. Several feature comparison of the two consoles showed that PS4 has the advantage in many gaming aspects, including the powerful AMD Radeon Graphics Core Next engine with 1152 shaders, Bluetooth connectivity, free streaming game videos and many more. Gamespot is also reporting that the cheaper price tag of PS4 will be enough for most gamers to make a quick decision in this holiday season and pick Sony’s $400-dollar console over Xbox One, which costs $500. Well, that $100 dollar difference will definitely a deal breaker for some people.

Although, this doesn’t mean The Xbox One is entirely out of the picture. Microsoft has listened to its’ customers and made all the changes to the console as requested. This proves their loyalty to customers, something we rarely get to see from major companies these days. And to make things even more interesting, Xbox One still has a lineup of impressive exclusive games including Dead Rising 3 and Forza Motorsport 5, which will be available at launch. And there will be many Kinect supported next-gen games to make the console more appealing to gamers.

Clearly, Wii U can’t even get close to PS4 or Xbox One. It’s probably a better choice for kids but it’s no match for Sony and Microsoft. If you’d ask me, I still can’t make up my mind to pick one game console because i’m a huge fan of Halo series and I’m also excited to see the Shadow of the Beast reboot as well. I feel like getting both consoles but I don’t have enough money.

There’s only few days left for me to decide as The Xbox One is heading out on November 22 and The PlayStation 4 is set to release on November 15.

Help me out guys. Which gaming console are you planning to buy this holiday season? Vote in the debate we have created on Quoners.com. We would like to know your vote and opinion.
