The Inspired Occasion designed, styled and event managed a 2nd Birthday Party luncheon for 12 children and their parents, at a private residence in Melbourne.
The client’s brief was to create a party theme using characters from the popular children’s show “Wiggles”.
A red and white striped canopy dessert station backdrop was used which complemented the “Wiggles” theme.
With instructions from the client we incorporated the following “Wiggles” themed food items into the event
- Fruit Salad Cups
- Mashed Banana Custard Cups
- Hot Potatoes
- Cold Spaghetti
We also incorporated our usual themed sweet treats
- Jelly Cups
- Cake-pops
- Sugar Biscuits
- Themed Cupcakes – Wags the Dog, Henry the Octopus, The Big Red Car and Dorothy the Dinosaur
- Candy Selection
The children’s table was set with coordinated napery, poptops and a ballon centre piece which finished off the overall themeing.
Other event management logistics that The Inspired Occasion coordinated included, catering, bunches of helium balloons throughout the home and adhoc party hire wares.
All guests took home a loot-bag filled with premium candy from the dessert station with themed thankyou tags attached
