WiFi Hotspot and Better Performance on UC Browser Beta for PC 5.0

A month ago, UC Browser, the world’s No.1 third-party mobile browser with over 13% market share (as of April 2015 as per StatCounter), launched its first public beta of UC Browser for PC in international markets. Continuing to improve its user experience, UC Browser Beta for PC today received an update and was bumped to Version 5.0. You can download it from

The latest beta upgrades its engine to Chromium M41, which improves its performance remarkably and brings a smoother browsing experience. It also provides a virtual router to turn your laptops into a WiFi hotspot with just few clicks, so that you can connect your mobile devices via UC Free WiFi and save your data cost (available for computers with wireless cards).

UC Browser Update 5.0

Simply click the WiFi icon on the top right to launch WiFi hotspot.

It also comes with other enhancements, including bug fixes, more options for tab management, and an option for changing your default search engine and more.
