Why No Mike on Tv?

hi everyone, been a while for me on here, though i am glad to see it is still going
question for you all ... with the hiring of steve mears to play-by-play i noticed some comments about mike lange and having burnt bridges in the tv space? does anyone know what happened here? cos ive often wished i was able to listen to him while watching the game (not that that happens often here).
