Why I Think Bylsma Deserves One More Year

Also, I really think Shero's moves looked good on paper, but rarely panned out. Neal did but the team wasn't assembled properly. Shero also drafted quite well and while I think he's a really good GM, something had to give. He'll be in some front office soon enough.
