A lot of teachers and parents say that we have to eat breakfast because it is very important for our body.So when it's exam season they really highlight the importance of eating breakfast. There are lots of research papers that says breakfast is important. I compiled 6 reasons on why we should eat breakfast. 1. We can get slender.If we don't eat breakfast then we can get fatter. (then who will eat breakfast) 2. We can be healthier.Breakfast can reduce diabetes and cardiac disorder. 3. We can get more energy.If we eat lots of carbohydrates in the morning then we can get lots of energy all day long. 4. It's good for our memory.if we eat bean and drink juice with lots of energy then our memory will get much better. 5. We can get lots of nutritive substance.when we don't eat breakfast then we can eat lots of fat then good nutritive substance. 6. We cannot make excuses on not eating good food anymore. These are the good things about eating breakfast. I hope lots of people will eat breakfast. So that they can be healthly.
