Wholewheat Banana Oat Choc Chip Pancakes

Ingredients:
200ml milk
1 banana
100g oats
100g wholewheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
50g caster sugar
2 eggs
50g melted butter
100g chocolate chips
Oil to cook

Add milk, banana, oats, wholewheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, caster sugar, eggs and butter to a blender.

Pour into a batter bowl.

Add the chocolate chunks

Stir into the batter.

Heat a little oil in a fry over medium heat and add a ladle of batter.

Allow to cook until slightly brown and set and flip to cook other side.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
