Necessary Ingredients
eggs - 8
flour - 300 g
oil - 300 g
nuts - 300 g ground nuts + 70 g whole nuts for decoration
vanilla - 2 packs
powdered sugar - 50 g for sprinkling
cocoa - 1 tsp
a pinch of salt
Preparation
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and beat the egg whites separately to snow as you leave one whole egg. When you beat the yolks add the ground walnuts, vanilla, cocoa and egg whites. Gently mix. Sift the flour, add the butter, salt, the other whole egg and knead a soft dough . Divide it into two parts. The first part should be spread on the bottom of the cake form. Then pour gently the stirred mixture over it and cover it with the second crust. Bake in a moderate oven until ready. Remove the cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla. Decorate with walnuts.
