Where Have You Been? Well....

First off-I want to apologize for being so absent lately.  I have a multitude of things going on that do not involve my part time job or my family-THANKFULLY!  I was busy helping Keren Charles coordinate Swapnista Houston.  The event went down on 4/28/12 and was a hit!  Keren then offered me a little gig helping coordinate all of her events.  So since last Monday she and I have been really cracking the whip to get proposals and packages together.  I had to do some research(I am sooooooo good at that) to find bloggers, boutiques, etc. to participate in the host cities.  Swapnista will be stopping in Little Rock, AR on 6/9/12, New Orleans, LA on 7/27/12, Shreveport, LA, Charlotte,  NC, Indianapolis, IN, New York, NY, and Houston and Atlanta again in the fall!  Whew!  Long list, and it has the potential to get a few more stops, possibly in Austin and SoCal!  If you are a fashion blogger in any of these areas or would like to sponsor in one or more host cities please email me at julia@buxomchick.com for more info.
On top of that, I have been making jewelry like a mad person since the end of March!  Check out my etsy shop HERE.  I love what I have been making but I don't have a COLLECTION, so to speak.  I am working on that now, just waiting for supplies to come in.  I am also trying to put together a trunk show for myself and another Houston Fashion Blogger name Olivia Smith who also design jewelry.  We don't live in Houston, but near enough.  Check out some of my fave pieces from Elephant House below.
