On February 13, 2014, news came that Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, 79, had died in his sleep "of natural causes" at the 5-star resort Cibolo Creek Ranch in remote West Texas.
Scalia was part of a private group of 36 people in a long Valentine's-Presidents' Day weekend blue quail hunting vacation, courtesy (which means it was a freebie) of ranch owner John B. Poindexter , a Houston billionaire and Democrat donor.
There are many legitimate questions to ask about Justice Scalia's death, including why no autopsy was performed on his body to medically and scientifically determine the cause of death, instead of relying on a county judge's say so. (See my post " 13 questions to ask about Justice Antonin Scalia's death ".)
Now we know the answers to two of those questions, thanks to Washington Post:
Q#7. Who was Scalia's "friend" who accompanied him from Washington?
Answer: The "friend" is C. Allen Foster, 74, a prominent Washington lawyer (of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston) who traveled to the ranch with Scalia by private plane. Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez said Foster was the man he had interviewed at the ranch the day of Scalia's death. Louisiana-born Foster is known for his passion for hunting. Like John Poindexter, Foster holds a leadership position in the International Order of St. Hubertus (more on the Order below in answer to Q#8).
In 1984, Foster ran as the Republican candidate for Attorney General of North Carolina. For more details on Foster's professional bio, .

It is not clear when Scalia and Foster became friends. Legal specialists said the trip Scalia and Foster took to the Texas ranch raised no ethical concerns, calling it common for judges to socialize with lawyers in the close-knit fraternity of elite legal practitioners. Only if Foster had a pending case before the Supreme Court, they said, would there have been an issue. [...]
Despite having a famous friend, Foster has mostly stayed out of the news. Over the years, his eclectic group of clients has included the Republican Party, the libertarian Cato Institute, plaintiffs enslaved by Japanese corporations during World War II, and the former Blackwater Security Consulting, which was involved in a series of questionable incidents, including a 2007 shootout in Iraq that killed 17 Iraqis.

In 2006, Foster was featured in The [Washington] Post when he celebrated his 65th birthday with a six-day celebration in the Czech Republic. He flew his family and 40 Washington friends there to stay in Moravia's Zidlochovice, a baroque castle and hunting park. The birthday bash included "tours of the Czech countryside, wine tasting, wild boar and mouflon (wild sheep) hunts, classic dance instruction and a masked costume ball."
A secretary at Foster's law firm said he is traveling in Argentina. The firm's director of marketing, Mindee L. Mosher, said Foster was traveling and she would try to contact him. A woman answering a phone associated with Foster hung up when asked for comment.
Q#8. Who were the other 34 fully comped guests in Scalia's group? Why are their identities a closely-guarded secret?
Answer: An unknown number of the other members of Scalia's group, including his friend C. Allen Foster, are high-ranking members of a curious society of hunters called the International Order of St. Hubertus .

After Scalia's death Feb. 13, the names of the 35 other guests at the remote resort, along with details about Scalia's connection to the hunters, have remained largely unknown. A review of public records shows that some of the men who were with Scalia at the ranch are connected through the International Order of St. Hubertus, whose members gathered at least once before at the same ranch for a celebratory weekend.
Members of the worldwide, male-only society wear dark-green robes emblazoned with a large cross and the motto "Deum Diligite Animalia Diligentes," which means "Honoring God by honoring His creatures," according to the group's website. Some hold titles, such as Grand Master, Prior and Knight Grand Officer. The Order's name is in honor of Hubert, the patron saint of hunters and fishermen.
"The International Order of St. Hubertus is a worldwide organization and knightly order of hunters and wildlife conservationists that promotes traditional hunting ethics and practices. The Order was founded in 1695 by Count Franz Anton von Sporck, who brought together noble hunters from Austria, Bohemia, and other countries throughout the Habsburg Empire. As of 2011, the male-only Order has 250 members in the United States, and 600 members worldwide .... In 1966, the United States chapter was launched at the Bohemian Club in San Francisco. "
That's some "Honoring God by Honoring His Creatures" society - by hunting and killing them. /sarc
So the U.S. chapter of this Order was launched at the Bohemian Club? - the same Bohemian Club whose other location, beside the one in San Francisco's Union Square, is the Bohemian Grove north of S.F. in the redwood forest where every summer, male U.S. and global elites gather in a secret occultish worship of a 30-ft. tall owl demon?
In the words of independent investigative journalist Wayne Madsen, in his for-subscribers-only report of Feb. 15, 2016, " Scalia's hunting ranch was meeting place for secret society ":
The [annual Bohemian Grove] event has drawn the world's movers and shakers, including David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger, and was once condemned by President Richard Nixon on White House tapes as "the most faggy Goddamn thing you could ever imagine." The event features male-only nudism as part of male bonding pagan ceremonies.
Wikipedia makes no mention that the International Order of St. Hubertus is a secret society, but it certainly is secretive. And since it has only 250 members in the U.S. and 600 members worldwide, it also is a very exclusive club. Somehow, I seriously doubt that its purpose is hunting and wildlife conservation.
According to Madsen, today the over three-century old International Order of St. Hubertus is presided over by its Grand Master His Imperial and Royal Highness Istvan von Habsburg Lothringen, Archduke of Austria, Prince of Hungary. The secretive hunting order claims royal protection under His Majesty Juan Carlos of Spain, the Grand Master Emeritus His Imperial and Royal Highness Archduke Andreas Salvator of Austria, as well as Istvan von Habsburg Lothringen. Juan Carlos, a member of the royal House of Bourbon, abdicated the Spanish throne in 2014.
Madsen writes:
As far as its motto of "honoring God's creatures," King Juan Carlos of Spain ultimately fell from power after hunting scandals. In 2012, the king was photographed in front of an elephant in Botswana, which was shot to death by hunters. In 2006, the king rejected as false a rumor that he shot a bear in Russia that was plied with vodka. As a teenager, Juan Carlos shot and killed his brother Alfonso in an accident in Portugal. The pistol was allegedly given to Alfonso as a gift from General Franco, Spain's dictator.... The circumstances surrounding Alfonso's death in 1956 remain clouded in mystery.
