When I Had Harry My Husband Slept on a Chair That Kinda-sorta-...

By Kmitrix @kmitrix
When I had Harry my husband slept on a chair that kinda-sorta- butnotreally folded out into a bed place to sleep. His meals were not provided. Children were not allowed, unless siblings and even then it was with conditions. I had an induction & c-section, but I wasn’t offered acupuncture/music therapy/aromatherapy/ a rocking chair/tub/etc. We had a nice room at a big Boston hospital. There was a shower that we could use for pain relief (I opted for DRUGS!). Our delivery & postpartum rooms were clean, but small. I know we had it good when we had Harry - you should hear some of the stories I’ve heard from friends who had to deliver in military hospitals because their spouse is military.
Looks like the next time I have a baby (godwilling) it will seem like I’m delivering in a palace, lol.
