Very few babies might be allergic to any of the ingredients like wheat, hence it’s important to give little while introducing for the first time and then gradually increase the quantity. We have also added raw kerala banana powder in it to add more nutrition.   • Wheat – 3 tablespoon
  • Raw kerala banana powder – 1.5 tablespoon
  • Curd – 1 tablespoon
  • Onion (chopped) – 2 tsp
  • Bell pepper (chopped) – 1 tsp
  • Carrot (chopped) – 2 tsp
  • Coriander (chopped)- 1 tsp
  • Salt – a pinch

Method:

1. In a bowl, mix wheat and raw kerala banana powder.

2. Add salt and mix well.

3. Add curd and whisk.

4. Add water till desired consistency is obtained.
