I may or may not have had a slight heart attack when I realized Thanksgiving is a mere week away. Normally, my Thanksgiving responsibilities include watching the Macy's Day Parade on the couch and eventually sauntering into the kitchen to help with the non-turkey dishes for lunch. This year, we didn't have the time off work to travel, but my parents, aunt, uncle, and cousins are coming to our apartment for the holiday. This next week will fly by with cleaning, decorating, and (of course) picking out the perfect hostess outfit.
