According to the National Retail Federation, Amazon is the number one best retail store when it comes to top customer service. The survey done by NRF polled 9,291 consumers in 2010 focusing on their attitudes towards retail customer service. I have to agree with NRF, you can find almost anything you need on Amazon, the shipping is fast and the customer service is impeccable. Not to mention they offer lower prices as compared to department stores.
