So yesterday was technically the first day of summer vacation for me, but it didn't feel like it.
I spent all day yesterday studying for the ACT that's this upcoming weekend. And the weather is terrible and it's gloomy out and barely reaching 60's.
This summer is going to go by way to fast - I can feel it.
My summer will be focused around three things: working, reading, and my boyfriend. I'm actually not working as often as I expected, and I don't know if that's good or bad. But I've definitely got to catch up on reading if I want to read 150+ books for the year. I think I can do it if I try really hard. Lastly, my boyfriend will be leaving for the National Guard in November/December, so this summer will be used to make the most of our time together before he leaves. I'm super proud of him though, and I know he will do great. :)
This summer is going to be a reading summer - I know it will be. I will be reading a lot, blogging a lot, doing giveaways, and talking to a bunch of different bloggers. I want to make more friends in the blogging community!
What else am I doing? I was chosen for Badger Girl and will be participating in that for a week in mid-June. I'm also probably going to go down to my dream school and do another tour and possible go to Minnesota and tour schools around there. Also, my birthday is at the end of August, so that's exciting too!
