Street and Racing Technology (SRT) is a division of Chrysler LLC.
It originated as a team for Viper, which later teamed up with the Prowler team to create a specialized vehicle (SVE), later called Performance Vehicle Operations (PVO). However, since all manufactured PVO models used a table with an SRT table, in 2004 the department began using the name SRT.
The main goal is the production of sports models based on civilian vehicles. The SRT works with Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep. Confidence in these brands has increased significantly as a result of SRT.
The result of their work were cars with a sporty appearance (interior), with stronger engines, an improved transmission, a sports suspension and a good braking system.

Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8
This powerful representative of the jeep published in 2006. Under its hood, a 6.1-liter Hemi V8 engine rated at 432 hp is installed.
