I love winters I’ve always loved winters!
Living in delhi I have experienced decent enough winters where temperatures go as low as 0 degree Celsius in peak weather. And then I lived in Chicago .. well what can I say about chicago’s winter. Yes I used to complain about leaving the house in all the snow and when my nose freezes and is going to fall off. But I still love it.
I love the chill in the air(chicago doesn’t have the ‘nip’ in ththe air it’s the chill always)
I love when the wind is in my hair. I love the soft flurries making the world look like it’s from a fairy tale. I also love when there’s hardcore snow falling and burying everything.
Does it not feel like a blank canvas. Like there’s hope in the world to start over n leave new footprints
And my skin is also always better during winters the flush in the cheeks making everything look rosy !!
So after all this I’ll leave you with one of my last outfits from this year’s Chicago winter making my heart melt with nostalgia everytime I look at them.
Talking more about the outfit , I wore this adorable blush pink cold shoulder sweater with classic jeans and nude booties. I love how well the chunky boots compliment the cozy sweater!
Enjoy the pictures while I go and increase the air conditioning so I can cozy up in my bed feeling like it’s still winter which is pretty non existent here in Tampa!!
Oh and I forgot the coffee and all the warm drinks and food that winter brings. Oh and Christmas aah. For Chicagoans it also means the warm mulled wine at Christkindl market. Pure love!
