What Does "Sorry" Mean?

By Tanvi Rastogi @tanviidotcom
For the longest time I had maintained that I cannot forgive someone unless they apologize. To me 'sorry' was a reaction. I went by the childhood definition that you say sorry when you do something wrong and then you are forgiven.
... One grows up and realizes that sorry has nothing to do with forgiveness. Sometimes they might come as a package deal, but most times you would either have to forgive or apologize and expect nothing in return. With time I have learnt to forgive even when they haven't asked for my forgiveness. It is a part of letting go. You forgive them ... so that you can forget (them) and move on with your life without any (excess) baggage. Traveling light is really the way to go. Pun intended!
As for the outfit, this is the no-fuss-casual-look. Since the weather has been swinging from cool to warm, light layers in the form of blazers and sweatshirts are my go-to-look at the moment.
