Are you hungry WVU? Cause your being served a whole mess of Sooner meat on Saturday night. This is a big chance for you, Mountaineers. A chance to show that you really want it. A chance to show the Big 12 that you are for real. You gave #1 Alabama a scare in Atlanta. You destroyed Towson the way that you should have. You almost gave Maryland the game after you blew a huge lead , but rallied back mightily to win the game. Can you do it tomorrow at home against #4 Oklahoma? Actually, I think you can.
Let's face facts. Clint Trickett and the offense are not going to have a 600 yard game against Oklahoma. It would be great if they did, but let's stay realistic. Could WVU win tomorrow? Yeah, they could. The game was moved to 7:30pm for that reason. I tall matter how much WVU wants it. Mountaineer Field is no easy place to visit, as any Pitt fan. At home, the Mountaineers could make a statement tomorrow. It's the first Big 12 game, time to do it.
