I can’t believe it has been almost a month since I posted a new exhibit, sorry! The last exhibit was a Casper doll, I thought it would be appropriate to follow it up with a doll of Casper’s friend Wendy. Harvey Comics worked with a number of manufacturers over the years. This Wendy doll was made by a company we have not seen before, but is still in business, Kellytoy:
